Our community is connected to the North Bethesda town center and all its attractions by the Montrose Parkway bike path and local roads. The area is urbanizing, and our suburban residential neighborhood is contingent to recreation, shopping, educational, and workplace centers.  The business community has named the downtown area Pike District. There are three Red Line metro stations nearby, Grosvenor/Strathmore station, Twinbrook station, and the White Flint station, which is under review for a name change to North Bethesda station.

Up-to-date information on development is below:
  • North Bethesda Development Plan - Montgomery County Planning Commission
  • White Flint Partnership - A group of property owners in White Flint (Pike) district
  • Pike & Rose - The largest nearly-complete multi-use development in the area
